Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Calendora, we strive to provide high-quality personalized calendars. Due to the customized nature of our products, cancellations and refunds are subject to the conditions outlined below.

1. Order Cancellation

Once an order is placed and payment is processed, cancellations are not permitted as the production process begins immediately.

2. Refund Policy

Refunds are only applicable in the following cases:

  • Damaged in Transit: If the calendar is received in a damaged condition due to shipping.
  • Printing Errors: If we print the wrong images or incorrect special days compared to what you uploaded.

If your order meets the above criteria, you are not required to return the calendar. However, you must provide clear photographic proof of the damage or incorrect print.

3. Refund Process

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  • Email us at mail@calendora.in within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Attach clear images showing the damage or incorrect print.
  • Include your order number and a brief description of the issue.

Once your request is verified, we will process a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

4. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • Change of mind after placing the order.
  • Incorrect image or special days uploaded by the customer.
  • Delays due to shipping partners (unless the item is damaged).
